Hydrostatic Testing

PHT Hydrostatic Test System

A custom system to provide steady pressure at variable flow for leak testing of the Primary Heat Transport system for Bruce A Restart.

Hydrostatic Test Pump

A custom, CRN labeled wheeled cart with hand pump and an accurate digital gauge that can pump de-mineralized water to a max pressure of 3200 psi.

A variety of different size fittings are provided in a permanently cart mounted box. The test hose is provided with quick connects, check valve and a needle valve for pressure relief.

A custom, CRN labeled, 7 workstation bench providing accurate, stable pneumatic pressure sources.

 FMMA Cal Bench

A custom, CRN labeled calibration bench designed specificlaly for the Fueling Machine Maintenance Area of Bruce Nuclear, 3 pressure stations covering the range from full Vacuum to 250 psi.

Bench includes 24 & 45 VDC terminals along with a precision Agilent MM.
Low Pressure Calibration Bench

A custom, CRN labeled five station pressure calibration bench providing stable pressure from Vacuum to 500 psi.

Included are 2 Mensor APC600 controllers that provide four independent, automatic pressure sources.DC power sources and an Agilent MM are also on the bench.

Relief Valve Testing

Valve Test Bench

A custom, CRN labeled five work stations for testing valves.

The pressure source is variable from Zero to 150 psi.
An adjustable 0-50 VDC power supply is included.

Regulators

 P10 regulator

A custom, CRN labeled, regulator to be used on P10 gas cylinders (90% Argon, 10% Methane).

The output of the regulator is connected to hand wands used for the detection of radiation on nuclear plant employees.
