Calibration Systems
Keller CALI LP / MP / HP![]() Click Here for datasheet |
Keller provides a convenient, portable solution for calibration of their standard accuracy pressure transducers and depth sensors. Powered by a lithium battery (included) this lightweight calibration system is good for 200 hours of continuous operation before the battery needs to be changed. Like Keller’s digital indicators, battery change can be accomplished easily and without tools. The Full-version system includes a transmitter power and input loop with the Standard-version does not. The Full-version requires additional 9V batteries or an AC power supply. Accuracy is 0.1% FS which is good for transducers with error bands 0.5% FS and greater or two-point calibration checks on higher pressure transducers. The Keller CALI LP is a pneumatic system with hand pump and vacuum pump. The Keller CALI MP is a pneumatic system with screw pump. The Keller CALI HP is a hydrualic system with screw pump. |
Accuracy Statements
| Accuracy / T.E.B. |
Keller defines the accuracy of their transducers in terms of the Total Error Band. Total Error Band is expressed as a percentage full scale of the Basic Range of the sensor installed in the transducer. Each intermediate range is achieved by re-scaling the analogue output of the transducer then calibrating within the range requested. Contact us for the values of the basic ranges if this information is not listed on the datasheet. |
| Precision |
Keller defines Precision as the ability of their transducers to follow their 250ppm of reading industrial primary standards within the stated error band. Technel can arrange calibration to a better standard for an additional fee. Calibration turn-around is typically 1-2 weeks. |
