The Ø19 mm Honeywell Sensym pressure transducer is a low-cost, media-isolated OEM sensor with a wide range of available pressure connections. These sensors are an excellent choice for monitoring the pressure of liquids or gasses compatible with 316 stainless steel.

Available in temperature compensated, uncompensated, and vacuum gauge models.
Pressure ranges from 0-3 to 0-500 psi absolute or gauge.
Pressure connections include o-ring seal, 1/8″ or 1/4″ NPT, 7/16″ UNF, 1/4″ BSPP, and VCR Female.
Output is 100 mA full scale.
Nonlinearity is approx. 0.25% FS.

Compensated sensors require 10V DC or 1.5 mA excitation, Uncompensated require 5V DC or 1 mA.
Vacuum Gauge models read zero at 1 atm, and 100 mA at full vacuum range.

The Ø13 mm Honeywell Sensym pressure transducer is practically the same chip-in-oil media-isolated piezoresistive pressure sensor as the Ø19 mm series but in a smaller package for higher pressure applications.

Available in o-ring seal, 1/8″ or 1/4″ NPT, or 7/16″ UNF.
Pressure ranges are 0-500, 1000, 2000, 3000, or 5000 psi absolute or sealed gauge reference.

The Honeywell Ruggedized Precision Pressure Transducer (PPTR) is a 316 stainless steel version of the successful PPT designed for use in harsh environments such as high vibration or liquid media. The PPTR is available in a submersible design with a Seacon Connector (option -R111 or -R120, absolute reference only.) and an explosion-proof model (PPTE).

Longfellow II

Originally manufactured by Waters, the Honeywell Data Instruments Longfellow II is available in lengths to 48″. The Honeywell LFII linear potentiometer uses a proprietary MystR® conductive plastic film element and a vibration-damped wiper.

Rated intrinsically safe for indoor and outdoor NEMA 4 environments, the Honeywell LF2 is a drop-in replacement for existing Waters, Data Instruments, Novotechnik, Gefran or Sfernice units.

Nominal Resistance is 5000Ω over the specified electrical travel.
Linearity is 0.1% FS.

DuraStar

The Honeywell DuraStar shaftless linear potentiometer, originally from Data Instruments, is the longest-lasting factory-rugged linear pot available today. The rodless side-sealed DuraStar can be used to replace a rodded potentiometer in contaminated applications and has a longer service life than most pots due to reduced dither.

The DuraStar is available in lengths from 4″ to 50″ with a total resistance of 2000, 5000, or 10,000Ω depending on length (please refer to datasheet).
Linearity is 0.1%.
