The Condec Source 3000 is the ideal pressure source for your portable calibration needs. It is an excellent lightweight replacement for conventional Nitrogen tanks, hoses and regulators and eliminates the physical stress and inconvenience of hand pumps. We like to pair the Source 3000 with a high-accuracy Mensor Handheld  Pressure Calibrator.

The Source 3000 comes with two interconnected test ports to connect both a Device Under Test and a Calibration Device.

The Condec DLR 334 is a flexible, high accuracy digital indicator with large, bright, red LED indicators, user-selectable resolution, and choice of 20 engineering units. The DLR 334 is available in three form factors with two different bench-top models to choose from and a panel-mount model.

The Condec UPS 3000 Digital Pressure Standard available in 10 sets of pressure ranges from 30,000/15,000/6000 psi to 15/7.5/3 psi. 10 different engineering units are available with push-button conversion, zeroing and tare functions.

This transfer standard is accurate to 0.05% of the selected range and absolute or gauge measurements are available with the press of a button.

Three different models are available – the UPS3000 portable table-top, UPS3210 rack-mount, and UPS3110 Calibration System.

The UPS 3000 table-top is available in ranges up to 30,000 psi and has an internal battery option.

The UPS 3210 and UPS 3110 rack-mounts are limited to 10,000 psi. The UPS 3110 (pictured) contains a pressure limiting regulator and an Orion valve assembly.

Optional 0-5V, 0-10V, 4..20mA, and RS-232 outputs, among others, are available for all models.

The portable Condec PIN 7000 and rack-mount Condec PIN 7010 pressure intensifiers uses the same Nitrogen-driven 10:1 intensifier as the UPC 5200 for reliable pneumatic pressure generation up to 10,000 psi.

At 40 lbs the PIN 7000 can be a more convenient and affordable alternative to the UPC 5200 if your application requires a high pressure source without the associated calibration equipment.

Like the PIN, the UVC 1000 packages the Gas-driven vacuum generation component of the UPC 5100 separately from other components.

Using 100+ psi shop air and a high-efficiency ejector pump, this 7 lb unit will draw a vacuum to 29″ Hg (-14.2 psig) with minimal air consumption.

The UVC 1000 is ideal for vacuum generation in hazardous locations where it would be dangerous to operate conventional electrical vacuum pumps. The design of this pump also eliminates the oil vapor and vibration associated with vacuum pumps, making it idea for High-sensitivity calibration, Refinery and Nuclear applications.

Condec’s patented Orion valve system incorporates two fine-control soft-seat micro-metering valves for pressure and vent/vacuum and a small low-torque piston-screw pump for extremely fine control in gas calibration.

Condec’s soft-seat Micro Metering Valve uses all stainless steel construction for highly precise finger-tip control of pressures to 10,000 psi.

Features include positive shutoff, adjustable stop to prevent over-tightening, and a choice of Viton, Buna-N, EPDM, Silicone, or Neoprene seat material.
